A Premier Boarding Facility

To create an indoor that has an open airy feeling, we built an arched steel truss building. The 70’ x 200’ indoor area has ceiling heights up to 18’, with no overhead beams or rafters. Tons of natural light pour in from a translucent curtain wall, and upper level skylights. The design allows the arena to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Horses and riders love it.

The indoor is equipped with mirrors, a sound system, and a watering system. An overhead door at the one end of the arena allows for ease of access, as well as more light and ventilation during the warmer weather.

We installed a unique European style footing, that has become the ‘gold standard’ for many other local indoor arenas.

For convenience, the main barn is attached, so you don’t have to worry about the trek from the barn to the indoor in cold or inclement weather.

Our outside arena, with its superior footing and excellent drainage, is rideable for most of the year. It is an oversized 100’ x 250’ with room for schooling figures and independent work.

The main Barn is also a steel structure of 24 stalls, with a wide center aisle, open feel, and lots of natural light. The aisle is wide enough to allow two horses to pass comfortably. The barn is heated in the winter enough to prevent the water buckets from freezing. And in the summer large ceiling fans keep the air circulating and the barn cool.

There are automatic waterers, a wash stall with hot and cold water, a grain room, as well as individual lockers for each boarder. The oversized tack/viewing room has a refrigerator, microwave and vending machine—all the conveniences of home.

In addition there is a smaller older barn for self care (rough board) with five 12’ x 12’ stalls. There is a bathroom and washer and dryer for everyone’s use located there.

Full Board is $800 per month, including grain three times a day and free choice hay.

Other Board Options available. Call for more information.

The paddocks, with automatic waterers in the summer, range from 70’ x 80’ to one acre. The 22 paddocks range from grass to dirt to a combination, to meet the needs of your horse.

We have no lesson requirement for boarders. You can take lessons with me if you want. Or bring in your own trainer (with license and liability insurance) for no additional charge.

Our boarders range from adult amateur riders, to die-hard competitors, to riders who never compete. Riding disciplines include dressage, eventing, Western and just plain pleasure!

There are even a couple of beloved retired horses whose owners groom and hand walk.
